TCDC is a 501 ( c) (3) non-profit corporation affiliated with the Trinity Baptist Church of Los Angeles. TCDC was formed to address affordable senior and family housing needs in the Jefferson Park Corridor (JPC) of Los Angeles, to assist low-performing minority students in improving their academic performance through tutorial and mentoring programs, and to address adult literacy issues. Its initial focus was on providing affordable senior housing and implementation of a youth academic tutoring program in partnership with the church. Our focus has now expaned to community gang intervention, job training, and education and programs addressing health disparities.
Trinity Community Development Corporation (TCDC) is an exciting, dedicated, and committed company formed for the purpose of addressing the socio-economic needs of the community through the vehicle of community development. Inherent in its mission is to develop a variety of approaches targeted toward eradication of hunger and poverty, increase employment and job opportunities, improving education, promote economic empowerment and business development, and to increase affordable housing opportunities.

Chairman of the Board……..Irvin F. Williams
A retired educator, school administrator and business man. He has considerable experience and expertise in working with troubled community youth. For more than 30 years he served as a member of the Board of Trustees, Trinity Baptist Church. He is an active civic leader with involvement with several community organizations. He serves on several boards of directors and is Co-Chairman of Young Black Scholars of Los Angeles, under the 100 Black Men of America, Inc. He holds a Bachelors degree , and Masters Degree in Educational Administration. He has received many awards and honors for his professional and volunteer service, He is listed in Who's Who Among Young Men of the West, and was selected as one of the "10 Outstanding Men of California".

More than 35 years of financial management and administrative service especially in nonprofit organizations. She served as Financial Administrator of the Los Angeles Urban League until her recent retirement. In that capacity he developed and implemented multimillion dollar projects.

A mechanical engineer with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He manages the thermophysics activities of over 60 engineering professionals and administers an annual payroll in excess of 3.8 million dollars for Hughes Aircraft Company. He has experience in design, remodeling and supervision of the construction of both single family and multifamily residences. With over 30 years of experience in housing management for persons at low to moderate income levels, Mr. Lewis brings strong financial management and housing expertise to the board.

A CPA. Mr. Collins has been in public accounting practice as sole practitioner in Los Angeles, California for over forty-four years. He holds degrees in Education and Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has been instrumental in the development of many Los Angeles businesses.
Executive Director (CEO) .....Earl H. Jones, Jr
Over forty-two years of experience in the acquisition, management, development and operation of space and communication ground systems. Business Area Manager for Space Command & Control and Telecommunication Systems. He also distinguished himself as a superb Program Manager for several important space and communications programs. Serves on Boards of other non-profits and for-profit corporations. Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Urban Planning. He is a registered Architect in the State of California and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He is also very active in community programs.
