Welcome

We are pleased to share with you the programs of the Trinity Community Development Corporation (TCDC). Our motto is “Reaching Out To Make a Better Community”.  Our mission is to design and implement outreach programs which enhance the social, educational, and economic development for individuals and families in the Jefferson Park Corridor and surrounding communities of Los Angeles.  We accept this as a commitment that we willingly embrace with great resolve and conviction.  We envision a community where minority youth are achieving academically and performing to their maximum potential, where adults of all ages and status are fully computer literate and competitive for jobs, where affordable housing is accessible to all, and where health disparities disappear for minorities.

The TCDC programs and activities presented on this web site are qualitative, growing, and provide much needed services to the community.  It is through these programs that we seek to make a meaningful and long-term impact on the lives of  disadvantaged individuals and families.   

Our Focus

• To improve the academic performance of students through intervention with supplemental after-school academic tutoring.
• To address adult literacy issues including computer literacy so essential in this technology-based economy
• To build and operate affordable housing
• To address obesity and health disparities
• Community gang intervention
